Since all our blinds are made-to-measure we are unable to provide you with an accurate quote over the phone. Instead, if you book an appointment with one of our advisors they will be able to measure up and provide you with an accurate no obligation quote.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
We require payment upfront due to the blinds being a bespoke product and that they will not be suitable for any other property. Our blinds are a bespoke product made to measure individual homes, they will not fit in any other window. Trade & Commercial terms available.
How long will I have to wait for an initial consultation appointment?
We aim to provide you with our no-obligation consultation and measurement within five working days of your initial inquiry.
How much does the initial consultation appointment cost?
Nothing! Measurement, Stylistic & Practical advice, and Inspiration are provided free of charge and without obligation.
How long will the initial consultation appointment last?
For simple measurement and choice of blind style and materials, a typical visit will last around fifteen minutes but this will vary depending on the type and number of products you are interested in.

How long will I have to wait for my blinds to be fitted?
Depending on your choice of blinds typically we aim to fit within 3 to 5 weeks of your order. Your advisor will be able to arrange a fitting date when you place your order.
Do your blinds come with a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a full 12 months guarantee on all our products and fitting.
When do I have to pay for my blinds after installation?
We expect payment on the day of installation. However, we do allow a grace period of 7 days for non-commercial customers. For commercial customers we offer an extended grace period of 14 days
